A busy semester for the corporate events team

The first few months of 2016 have been super busy at Event Planner. The corporate events team have been handling meetings of every size and set-up, ranging from 16 to 1200 people. Half-way through February the team has been behind the Grand Opening of Malta’s new casino; Casino Malta. The team’s creativity has been helpful in creating a unique and very busy ‘New Orleans Carnival’- themed atmosphere which included all sorts of entertainers from ice sculptures to on-site 3D printing, flairers, molecular fusion bars, illustrators, face painters, illusionists, themed dancers, cigar connoisseurs and lots of stand-alone instruments scattered around the venue. Later in February the team had the pleasure to assist in an innovative launch of three new pharmaceutical products by VJ Salomone Consumer Lines. Once again, the event was very well attended and the products were revealed by means of an illusionist. Another event that has kept the team busy has been a very large delegation of doctors that has been hosted in a number of hotels in Bugibba in March. Together with the client’s team , the Event Planner team was in charge of handling the local logistics of meetings, events, merchandising and activities being organised during this intensive two-week period.

Tired but satisfied, we look forward to the following months that shall be as busy as the past ones!
