Use technology, don’t get used by it
Technology is great… but do not let it put pressure on you. Ensure that any online medium you are using to market your event is not only popular, but is utilized by the people that you would like to attend your event. Choose one or two medium and focus your marketing campaigns on them – the internet is too wide to market across all of it. A good example of utilizing technology well is when registering attendees online – it will considerably save time and diminish your stress levels!
Break down the event in tasks and write them down
Breaking down your event in tasks and list them. Ideally all the tasks of your event should be written it down.
Use note taking and To-do tools
Plenty of event planners are using both note taking and to-do tools as it is one of the most valuable methods which supports you to simplify your already too-long-to-do-list.

Failure will teach you lessons. Never ever blame yourself for things that do not go as planned!
